- Graduate of Boston University in 1991 and member of the BU Terriers Hockey Team from 1986-1991. Was the recipient of the Alfred Sidd Unsung Hero award in 1989 and Most Improved Player award in 1991 as chosen by his teammates and Friends of BU Hockey.
- Played seven years of professional hockey in the NHL with Montreal Canadiens, Winnipeg Jets and Buffalo Sabres.
- Won Rookie of the Year for the AHL Fredericton Canadiens during the 1991-92 season.
- Won a Stanley Cup in 1993, while playing his rookie season for the Montreal Canadiens.
- Director of Peak Performance Power Hockey school and President of the National Cross Ice Hockey League (NXHL) a cross-ice hockey summer league for developing players.

- Attended Marian High School in Framingham, Ma.
- Played Varsity hockey and was honored as the All American High School Athlete as a freshman.
- Played professional hockey for the Binghamton Barons in the AHL at only 17 years old while continuing his high school education in NY.
- Has run customized clinics, camps and tryout sessions for many area youth programs including:
